Short-Term Radon Detector

Rapidos detectors are ideal for test durations ranging from 10 to 90 days.

Each short-term kit includes the following:

• One Rapidos short-term radon detector
• Chain of custody form
• Detailed detector deployment instruction sheet
• Pre-addressed return envelope (please note: return postage is not included)
• Laboratory analysis of your detector
• Follow-up radon monitoring report (sent via e-mail)

You will also be connected with a Pinchin contact who will be able to assist with any questions you might have regarding your radon measurement.

Please be advised that a short-term radon test alone is not a sufficient basis for a decision to mitigate radon concentrations. Due to the fact that radon concentrations can vary significantly from hour to hour, day to day, and season to season, it is recommended that all short-term tests be followed up with a long-term radon test.
